Chesterton gets Clerihewed
G. K. Chesterton
would sometimes sit in the sun.
His wife appreciated the cool glade
his shadow made.

I also alluded to his bulk in my own clerihew on him ...
If we can get back to the subject, clerihews, and the language, English, and the close subject, clerihew being on Chesterton, here is mine:
Gilbert Keith Chesterton
Weighed - he was so blest - a ton;
Retained the gross three hundred pound;
The finer ones in his books are found.
But yours is clearly more endearing.
